A request for a Return Authorization for products purchased within 60 days of sale that is NEW, in ORIGINAL CONDITION, and in ORIGINAL PACKAGING must be made through the Sales Department before the product is returned. Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 10% - 50% based on condition and other factors. Freight is Dealer's responsibility.
A request for a Return Authorization of product that has been PREVIOUSLY INSTALLED must be made through the Field Service Representative.
Any product returned without a Return Authorization (RMA) will be refused or subjected to a 50% restocking fee. Please contact the Woodson & Bozeman offices at (901) 362-1500 to submit a return.
