Shipment Cutoff Time

  • Orders received in the Shipping Department by 2:00 P.M. will ship the same day.

Shipment Receiving

  • All shipments should be accepted from the carrier based on the pallet and package count provided on the Bill of Lading.
  • Any Damages MUST be notated on the freight bill before signing it.
  • Claims for damage not notated on the freight bill are the responsibility of the receiver and will need to be made directly

Shortages and Overages

  • Shipments should be checked against the packing list for accuracy and any discrepancies reported to W&B immediately.

Cosmetic Panel Damage

  • Equipment arriving with only panel damage should have the damage noted on the freight bill and then accepted and W&B will send a replacement panel at no charge and provide a credit of $100 for keeping the unit.

Return Policy

  • All returns must have a RMA entered prior to return and are subject to a re-stock fee.
  • Special order and non-stock items are not eligible for return.
  • All returns will be evaluated before final credit is issued and re-stock fee will be assessed based on product condition at time of assesement. All returns must be within 60 days of the invoice date.
  • *After January 1, 2023, only new DOE models are returnable, regardless of date purchased.

Warranty parts shipped from Trane will have freight cost reimbursed at warranty processing.
ALL WARRANTY PART CLAIMS MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF FAILURE OR TRANE WILL NOT ACCEPT THEM AND A CREDIT WILL NOT BE ISSUED.
